If the show opens after this years TONYS, can it still eligible for the 2012 TONYS? I know nothing about eligibility so that's why I am asking.

Well, they got a good PR team.. Dragging it out as much as possible with an article being written (at least monthly) about each extension? Pricess.
On top of that, if the show improves in any way after opening (and you KNOW critics will review it), there's more press and if someone writes that it's better after opening.. There are Spider-Man's "positive reviews."
The show is cr@p and it has the worst.director.ever.
Julie's ego is huge and I am getting SO sick of her.

I dont even think they are working a lot on the music itself. It seems if they are ironing out more of the "Sound" issues and stuff (making the balance better)
i'm sure they wont be changing to much to the show itself

I'll tell ya one thing that hasn't changed in all this Spidey chaos: I still have zero desire to ever see it.
Call me crazy, but I'm a sucker for a good story and score.
