Broadway and Off-Broadway Composers Royalties
I'm just curious if any one knows roughly how much percentage a composer takes on their show and how much they would make from the final amount made on the end of the week. It would be helpful if anybody knew the figures for both Broadway and Off-Broadway if they are different.

Would love to see him, but looking impossible. He was still the standout BY A MILE as Roger in the final company of Rent.

Matilda Casting?
If Bertie doesn't transfer, which I think would be a huge huge huge shame, I strongly feel that they should get an unknown. This is a part that relies so heavily (if performed well) on never being too involved in the show and keeping a distance for what else is going on and not giving too much away to the audience, the show would become about THEM instead of the incredibly well written character.

You guys want to wish, hope and pray that Bertie Carvel comes over. His performance is outstanding. Steals the show and accomplishes something quite magnificent.
Gavin Creel in the BOM
don't get me wrong, I think he's phenomenal but I just cannot imagine him sharing the stage with those other Mormon boys straight out of Carnegie Mellon.

I think Gavin Creel is excellent and has one of the best voices in musical theatre currently, but am I the only one who feels that, unfortunately he may be slightly too old to be playing an 19 year old in the BOM? I would LOVE to hear him belt out those killer songs which I'm sure he'll do with ease, but I was curious to whether anybody else felt the same?
