Is the next Tammy Faye, it’s okay for the midtown crowd that can get a decent deal on this and forget about it if it’s crap, but if you are on vacation would you want to spent a fistful of dollars on this?

Last season’s offering for Los Angeles Center Theatre Group was appalling with no new Broadway show, they need to pull their socks up for next season.

New York needs a big musical to get excited by, it’s been a while.

No it is going to reopen again in a tad over two years with the Broadway musical Ballroom.

Heck those 2 have a gold platted pension scheme. Bit like Matt Stone  and Trey Parker, it would be pointless those 2 doing another musical, they’re not going to find those golden plates again. Likewise Robert Lopez.

Do we know what rough percentages of box office creatives get and does this go down as far to Lighting/Set/Costume Designers?

Okay you simply cannot go from a 10 day takedown/build to a 48hr turnaround, even with a scaled back Potter, the show is still very formidable even in a scaled back format.

Getting the many illusions to work takes testing and time, unless they’re going to cut some of the illusions?

Jersey Boys has massive following and it did a stint off Broadway, that is how cheap it is to run.
