Got great seats through lottery. Show was flat and disappointing except for Phillipa Soo. Even most of the songs fell flat and these are some of our favorite Broadway songs ever. On the other hand' we saw My Fair Lady six times,
Sutton Foster at Café Carlyle
Saw her at Carlyle last time she was there. We were excited about the show for weeks prior to seeing it. It was extremely disappointing and ,needless to say, very expensive. We were also surprised how lackluster she was in Music Man. Wonder whether she has lost her "Mojo " or perhaps interest. We have gone from biggest fans to the point where we may not even bother seeing her next show.
BAD CINDERELLA On Broadway - Closing June 4
My wife and I have seen the show three times and plan to go to the final show as well. When we saw it in previews it was very weak. Say what you will but the music is wonderful. It's the only musical this season which has the type of songs that we remember and we play the British sound tract regularly as well as sing it in the car. I suggest people have another listen to the songs. It's too bad it is closing because we think some of the songs could have become classics,

highly recommend Iris Happy Hour (53rd and Broadway). Excellent food and decent prices for higher end NYC.Very pretty and nice atmosphere.

Loads of Met Opera on TDF. Don't know how the seats are because I feel I can see better at the movie theater (as well as see the interviews). Also cheaper $25.
