You know, as pretty as some of the songs were/are (Big fan of "Sunday") I found the show dull at times. Could someone spark that up?

Well, I hope it will help....doubtful though... (Speaking as one who was primed to enjoy this show and left the theatre in shock). Sarich was in the performance that we attended. He was neither outstanding, nor terrible. If they can tame Hugo's overacting, they might have a chance!
