Actually the gross trend will be downhill from this point on. If you look at the data, the 21st week (4th week of May) is the peak bringing more than any other summer weeks (notable exception is 2009). This trend is becoming stronger during the last three years. It is interesting to see whether Annie can buck this trend being a children's show.

There is an open call in January for a kid role in Little Miss Sunshine, so my guess is that they are still trying.

NO, it is still for the NY shows. The national membership is cheaper but can only see the shows with eTix options. I believe most of the shows have such an option, but not always.
