I would call the event coordinator and ask. Her name is Margi something-- name and number listed in small print and the end of the RSVP form.

That had a 5th one? Good... so maybe they'll have a 15th. And by then I'll be able to afford several seats and not care whether it's a concert or the full play!

No, it's "come as you are."

I thought it'd be more formal, too.

Question: Where did the cast sign autographs? Outside by the stage door or inside?

Okay, so according to the event marketing coordinator listed on the invitation, the exact format of the show hasn't been worked out yet. But....

It will be a concert performance-- not the whole play. Apparently that could mean a few different things, but for Rent 10 it means no full set, no choreograhy, and only a "selection" of songs. The director hasn't decided on the details yet, like wich songs will be included.

So that does it for me. I would pay thousands to see the OBC p

I have read Anthony's book and I was thinking the same thing. I honestly can't imagine Rent's energy won't move them..... like they're going to just stand there during La Vie Boheme.

Still, $1000 ($1500 after I pay travel and hotel expenses) for something less than the full play? Even if it is going to the the OBC and a fabulous experience and a party afterward.... God! Now I don't know what to do.

The choreography, the enegy, is half of Rent.... especially when it comes to La Vie Boheme!

Oh man! Is that the definition of "concert performance?" I'm sorry-- I may sound stupid, but I don't attend Broadway plays often and never a concert performance...

Which means no stage set? No costumes? No dance or performance numbers?

Hi everyone,

I have the amazing chance to see the OBC perform live at Nederlander for Rent's 10th anniversary fundraiser. I love Rent but I've never (believe it or not) been to Nederlander. These tickets are WAY expensive and I can't choose my seat, so....

Does anybody know what seating is like in this theater? If I'm in the very back row or sitting in the very worst seat, is it worth it? Will I be able to see/hear or should I save my money and get good seats to see the curren

Hi everyone,

I got my invitation yesterday. I love Rent but I've never (believe it or not) been to Nederlander. These tickets are WAY expensive and I can't choose my seat, so....

What is seating in this theater like? If I'm in the very back row or sitting in the very worst seat, is it worth it? Will I be able to see/hear or should I save my money and get good seats to see the current cast in a regular performance?

Thanks!
