ok. on the paper that has the cast picture...open it up and on the bottom in red it says MONDAY APRIL 24, 2006...at the nederlander theater.
Look on that same red section, below APRIL 24 it says "followed by a party at cipriani 42nd street 110 E. 42nd street"
So you're just doing the raffel and not paying $2000 for you and your mom?

No, these are things the organizer told me...apparently the venue might have a problem with liability. I hate not being considered an adult! C'mon I'm in college I can get alcohol whenever I want! There is a time and place to drink and I definately wouldn't do it when I'm in the presence of all those people! She's going to get back to me after talking to the restaurant or whatever. Bah.

it's at cipriani's on 42nd...it says on the invitation. Like my post said...is anyone FOR SURE going who's over 21 and willing to "accompany" me? it's on my 20 birthday and apparently there might be issues with alcohol and liability...I've contacted the person in charge. I swear I won't drink anything!

OK so I turn 20 on the benefit, and I've contacted the organizer...apparently there might be a problem with me going because I won't have an "adult" over 21 with me! Which sucks because teenagers get to go as long as their mommy and daddy are there with them. If I have someone over 21 with me, then it won't be an issue. So my question is...is there anyone going for sure who's over 21 who wouldn't mind "watching" me (it's just a liability issue and I swear I won't be a problem!!!!)
