To Broadway61004: But my guess is still Rocky closes February 28th, they bring in The Heart for a short 4-6 month Broadway run at Studio 54 and then close it to start renovations next Fall.How does this make any sense? Esp, as someone mentioned, that a producer is involved (Junkyard Dog)--no way that their investors could breakeven, let alone profit. Seems more likely that another theatre would be selected

re: Wicked....I dont think there has been an "insane downward spiral"--it has returned to where it was before the movies. I dont think people are "Wicked-ed out"--it just missed selling the most tickets this week. I dont think the 2nd movie soured people on seeing the show. (again, just missed being #1 ticket seller). I think the Wicked-premium is just gone. I think Wicked is/was a VERY HEAVY tourist show--and that the demo CAN see the movie (good/bad/otherwise), instead of the show. Lion Kin...

Hi, Bear882! What you said re; the commercialization of Ragtime's extension--perhaps that is what the producers were talking about--i really didnt pursue that line of questioning. Sorry, I cant give a better answer

GGaG--very thorough reply--BUT, I do think ****cat is coming--or at least trying to--i know they are beginning to put out the feelers to investors to raise money. Have you heard differently?

I contacted TDF that getting a new password wasnt working either, and was told that they have run into "roadblocks"--and should be running "soon.". ONCE IT IS LIVE, (we) will receive an email from (them) letting us know that passwords can be rest.
