To answer everyone on the accent question, since no one else has figured it out...
They started out with an Irish dialect coach.
Or maybe you'd just like an exact quote from Stephanie?

Aye, Wendy, Steph is just AMAZING!
The first time I saw her sing NNL (vid on site) I was like, WOW. I immediately loved the lyrics, and her voice with them just made everything more than complete. Not only that, but her stage presence is always there, it's so obvious how she just loves being out there. With her talent, her kindness, and her stage presence, she has more than what most performers have.
