She's pretty good. Nothing special though. It's exactly how I thought she would do it. I would love to hear other actors in this role. Hope the show has a life after Idina.

I just saw the 2nd National Tour(I think) of Wicked. The cast which included Laurel Harris and Kara Lindsay were MUCH better than Jackie Burns and Chandra Lee Shwartz who were the last pair I saw on broadway. Although I have to say Jackie Burns' vocals were amazing. Also, maybe she's just low energy overall but it felt like Chandra phoned it in when I saw her.

Bullets. Yes. I knew Bridges would be a major flop from the very beginning. I'm pretty sure everybody who wasn't a fan knew it too. Rocky even more so.

I wonder sometimes, how far can blind casting go? In The Little Mermaid for example, she had a black father, and a black Prince Eric understudy, but would've they have hired a black Ariel? Another one is Les Mis, will we ever see a black Jean Valjean? I applaud The Phantom of The Opera for hiring Norm Lewis for that reason. It seems to me that it's very rare to have a lead role blind casted.

Reading about the idea, it sounds absolutely ridiculous. But hearing her talk about it really sold me. I would love to see the show and give it a chance. When is this show going to get a male Eponine? The show is basically begging for a gay Eponine.

Lola in Kinky Boots tops my list. There's so much range in the role. I left the show knowing Billy Porter had that Tony on lock. Also at the top are: Evita, Kim in Miss Saigon, and Sweeney.
