Yeah, honestly, I was there on Sunday night, and it was a steady drizzle. The TKTS line was bone dry. So that was nice. OTOH, the way the line feeds into the windows could use some work. People don't notice the other windows.

Here's a thread on the subject from another board: http://wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3690&page=11 The company that was doing the fancy glass on it went bankrupt, so that's what has caused the recent lack of progress.
