I agree re the Australian Cast Recording. Fantastic orchestrations, very contemporary but respectful of the original. Voices are amazing. Really really worth trying out.

re: Vegas Advice!?
I was in Vegas last year and really enjoyed Ka at the MGM. It is Cirque but with a narrative (well a token gesture towards one). As always very theatrical but the sets are astounding. They have a stage lift that defies description. Very very entertaining in an "Only in Vegas" way. Will definitely be never be seen anywhere else. Mamma Mia and Phantom were also excellent.
re: Broadway Songs that Give You Chills
The Letter from Billy Elliot. I know it hasn't been to Broadway but it is on its way. Saw it in Sydney which is an out of town try out (production)for the version you guys will get. When the song is reprised in the second act many people in the audience were actuallyweeping, myself included. It wasn't a quiet sniff and a tear it was all out weeping! Fantastic moment in Theater.
