I would like to have seen Bette Midler's take on the Madame Morrible role.  I think she would have been perfect in the part and she could SING!!  ... even though the role doesn't have much singing I still think she would have nailed it!!

What's up with Amazon?  Back on November 27th I pre-ordered the WICKED: FOR GOOD Blu Ray.  At that time it stated that a release date was not yet known and I would be notified when it became available.  Then yesterday, December 17th I received 2 "Delivery estimate update for your Amazon.com order" ...

The first one was sent Wed, Dec 17 at 11:31 AM  stated ...

I know the film will probably never happen but if it did my choice for Norma would be Hannah Waddingham.

If anbody here watches ELSBETH on CBS or on Paramount + did you catch Ethan Slater in the Season 2, Episode 17?  It caught me completely off guard as I hadn't heard anything about him working on anything since WICKED.

Has there been an word on when it will be screening in the US and will it have a physical release on dvd/blu ray?

Guess the film's success has pushed back the release date for the dvd/blu ray which was previously listed as March 30, 2025 but today I get an email from Amazon giving the "New Estimate Delivery Date" as Monday, June 30, 2025.

Unfortunately that doesn't do me much good since I'm not a "Voting Member" ... though, even if in an unofficial capacity, I cast my vote that they please make it available for the rest of us lowly fans.

She was great in the movie but she's not doing herself any favors here ... first her meltdown over the fan edit of the movie poster and now this???  She accused the fan edit of trying to "erase her" ... isn't singing along with the movie "erasing her performance"???  She's not scoring any points with me with this kind of attitude!!

So I read the article about John Powell posting that WICKED: THE SCORE would be released on December 6th but it gave no information on what platforms it would be released on ... streaming, physical media, etc.  Has anybody run across any more specific information on this?  December 6th isn't that far off.

I really wish the Cast Recording would have included the end credit's instrumentals as those orchestrations were beautiful.

Comment obviously made by someone that has not even seen the film and probably isn't even interested in WICKED either on stage or screen.

Has anyone seen a 3D screening of the film yet?

Just wondering if any of the advance screenings had been in 3D.  I've got tickets for both versions but just curious if there have been any comments about the 3D version.

Having not read the book does Boq have a last name in the book?

Have Will Martin or Rebecca Wright ever performed in the West End?  I ran across a couple Youtube videos of them performing a couple of songs from the 2009 New Zealand tour ... would have really enjoyed seeing them perform these live.  I was lucky enough to have seen the original London production several times and will be returning to London this coming October and really looking forward to seeing this new production.
