How pathetic can you be when you completely erase a person because their opiniondiffers fromyours.

"differing opinion".... pfft imagine if it were only that. since when do we mix debate club participant and playground bully up? she's beyond her "i'd march with you if you were di

Great songs given to minor/insignificant characters
 Feb 6 2024, 12:25:23 PM

a few that come to mind, though "great" is certainly subjective:

Somewhere, West Side Story (if you go off the original casting)

Hot Patootie, The Rocky Horror Show

Words Words Word & My Love, Candide

My Conviction, Hair (lots of ensemble solo songs in this, but this character is different in the one-scene of it all)

The Movie in My Mind, Miss Saigon

What's Next for the Imperial?
 Aug 18 2023, 07:01:31 PM

a friend of mine with some connections had suggested Phantom was looking to make a return (a duplicate of the current stripped down London production) soon, and that the Imperial was gonna house it. totally unsure how legit, so clock it as a silly rumor - but my pal's source would *definitely* know what the status of Phantom is... so i'm stumped.

if i'm not mistaken, this was also the case in the 1997/8 revival of The Diary of Anne Frank, which has extra poignancy when you consider the precarious situation of staying put the actual people they were playing were in. i'd imagine one by one, or some configuration, they left the stage for whatever costume change, etc. was necessary, as the characters did throughout the play anyway. i should say, i did not see this revival, but have read a lot about it. if anyone did and can verify

Daphne Rubin-Vega in Hamilton ?????
 Dec 23 2016, 11:14:09 PM

no bias here toward Daphne Rubin-Vega; but you all do realize you're arguing about her being cast or not cast due to her age... in "Hamilton." The show that has transcended all casting norms and made headlines for its inclusion. Whose creator has specified his interest in a woman playing one of the male leads. It shouldn't be treated like a gimmick.

Fun Home or The Color Purple on TodayTix question
 Mar 6 2016, 12:49:45 PM

Thank you for the heads up! If I may ask, do you think the view from the read mezz would be good for "The Color Purple"...? Excited about returning to Circle in the Square. I was last there to see Audra McDonald play Lady Day, and while it was a thrust configuration, it was SUBLIME! Sat in the front row, a seat right along the vom wall, so she was within arms reach every time she appeared or left the stage. Siiiigh. So perfect.

Fun Home or The Color Purple on TodayTix question
 Mar 5 2016, 08:27:40 PM

Hi all. I had a quick question: has anyone purchased a ticket to Fun Home and/or The Color Purple on TodayTix? If they appear for next Saturday evening, I am thinking I'll give it a shot but was curious if it's worth it first. I'm not super particular about seating, but I'd rather go with the show that will likely be a better deal/viewing per standard/usual/often-the-case seats at such a steep discount. Any advice would be great. Also, am I better off trying for a lottery (Fun

visiting NYC from 03/07-03/13: what should I see?
 Feb 22 2016, 10:05:30 PM

Hello all!
I'm super stoked to be returning to NYC in a few weeks, and thought to reach out and ask for some assistance from you experts in helping me whittle down my list of shows. I'll have 5 solid days that don't include an airport, and that presents an opportunity to catch 7 shows if I really want to cram them all in. The fact that if I really wanted to see 8, I could theoretically catch something on the Monday night... but I'm not sure I'll have the en

looking for: actor tracklisting breakdown for Les Miserables on Broadway/West End
 Aug 7 2015, 05:53:36 PM

Hello!

I have been looking for this information for a very long time. I figured I should start asking in hopes to come up with an answer:

I am looking for a complete character track-listing breakdown used for LES MISERABLES, ideally the original track list used for the original production (and 2006 revival, tours, et. al)

I've received bits and pieces from folks over time, but have never seen a comprehensive list. Examples, I know the actor who plays Madame Th
