I agree--- I did the Louisiana Premiere (Mme. Thenardier) in Summer 2002 and the cuts really are nothing at all. It was by far one of the GREATEST theater experiences of my life-- I had an incredible cast and director to work with and it's where I met one of my best friends. If any schools around you do it, go see it and hope to god they have a talented cast :) Toodles!
