Group Sales through Broadway.com

Has anyone ever puchased group tickets through Broadway.com? I am trying to get group tickets for Rock of Ages and I submitted the request on Monday and it said that someone would contact me within 3 days. On Wednesday, I called and the person I spoke to said that the request was sent to the box office, but I still didn't hear from anyone about this. Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal procedure? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I am trying to buy tickets for South Pacific and my searches always get me tickets on either the far left of the theater or the far right. Does this obstruct any views of the stage? I have never been to this theater and it is hard to judge from the seating chart. Also, does anyone know of any discount codes for this show? Any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
