I am trying to buy tickets for South Pacific and my searches always get me tickets on either the far left of the theater or the far right. Does this obstruct any views of the stage?

I have never been to this theater and it is hard to judge from the seating chart.

Also, does anyone know of any discount codes for this show?

Any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

There really isn't a bad seat in that theatre. I sat in the $75 "cheap seats", and the seats were still more than fine.

Anywhere in the Orchestra.

I sat in row D, far left, and it was a perfect view.

Steer clear of the Loge, unless you want to watch the show through binoculars.

I sat in row P seat 512 (far right) in the orchestra and it was fine. The only thing I couldn't see was when they would run up or down the hill in the back. Other than that, it was a perfect view.

I sat in the far left, 2nd row.
Not half bad, I could see everything, and it's good to be close.
Front and center is almost impossible, so I guess you just have to go with the flow.
The show is wonderful, and the theatre is not that big. So get what you can and enjoy!

I was going to say, the way this has been selling, ANY seat is a good one.

Thanks for the tips. I ended up getting Orchestra, Row F, on the left side for September 30th.

I sat in the second row of the loge (dead center) and thought the seat was really fabulous. The rake of the loge is quite good...think stadium seating.

The show is stage BEAUTIFULLY and they never forget for a moment that they are on a thrust stage. I can't imagine a bad seat either.

Does anyone have those discount codes...?
If not, thanks for the $75 cheap seats comment, Broadwayboy2631 re: Best seating for South Pacific

I am sitting in the first row of the loge...but I think I am on the side. I am guessing there are few bad seats in the house. And yes, I am a person who likes discounts, but there were none that I could find. I'm hoping the show is worth the money!
