I agree completely with "Sunday" - what a song/moment presented in such a beautiful way - you really felt you were part of the creation of the art.

"And I'm Telling You..." from Dreamgirls "Everything's Coming Up Roses" from Gypsy "A New Argentina" from Evita "I Am What I Am" from LaCage "Tomorrow Belongs to Me" - the reprise in Cabaret at the wedding party "Too Many Mornings" - for the various productions of Follies that make the break here for two acts! "Defying Gravity" from Wicked

wow - what great news! That's one show I wish I had seen - I love the score (and just listened to it after reading this post). And what a cast - just saw Norm in Pittsburgh in "Dreamgirls" and am looking forward to seeing him and Lillias and everyone in "Hair" next month. Times like these I wish I had a job. And also thankful for my credit card which I try to use judiciously (but events like this make it difficult!).

a community theater production of "City of Angels" - sets were fallin', people were running for their lives. Mostly audience members. On Broadway - "Look of Love" is the hands-down winner. What a mess - I passed up going out for a cigarette at intermission because I knew I wouldn't come back in and thought that would be rude! (No offense to anyone involved on this board who was involved - because the cast was great! One of those times I felt sorry for the cast.) I generally suffer in silence ...
