Was there this past Saturday at 7:35am and was 14th in line (for two shows). Line increased steaadily starting around 8:45am. By 9:30 or so, there were 30-40 people there.
Hah. I stayed up against my better judgment, also. It's bedtime, hope they hear about the snafu and decide to have a bigger lot of discount tickets available. Good night, BWW.
Yea, I miss them. As much as lotteries by nature are about randomness and the luck of the draw, at least with the in person ones you kind of had to earn it with intentions of showing up.
Surprised as well. Saw it last weekend and although it wasn't great, I thought Forest Whitaker was decent and star power will usually extend the life of the run. Short play was enough though. Any longer and I'm sure the lady sitting next to me wouldn't have been the only one snoozing.
