I ask because I heard she was, but I also hear that she's off in San Fransisco filming the RENT movie.
She obviously can't be doing both, so I guess you're right.
But I'm totally devastated because I was really hoping that she'd come.

I've seen Wicked.
Idina and Kristin were both great! I think Idina might even be coming Toronto soon, so I'm waiting to buy tickets to see it again here! :)

I've heard rumours that since Taye Diggs (her husband) is filming his television series here in Toronto, Idina is considering doing the Toronto run of the WICKED North American tour.
Has anyone else heard such rumours?

Hey, I'm off to New York in the near future and trying to decide on a show to see.
I've been considering seeing "Little Women" (I'm going to be there in February), but I'm open to anything if anyone has any suggestions... a musical, preferably.
If you've heard anything about "Little Women" or care to recommend another show, that would be great!
(I've seen the current big hits like "Avenue Q", "Wicked", "Hairspray", "Mama Mia", "RENT", etc. already.)

No, Wicked is doing a limited run from March 7 to April 1 (I could be wrong about April 1st).
Hairspray's got a while left, though, you're bound to get tickets. I just saw it at Princess of Wales over the summer and I had no trouble getting tickets right up front.

I was under the impression that "Hairspray" was closing in Toronto to make way for the huge way of shows they're bringing in this season. (For example: Wicked's first performances on their national tour).
OT: I hear Idina Menzel is opening the Wicked tour in Toronto. Has anyone heard anything along the same lines?
