I just saw Giant today and i have to say that as much as i wanted to love it the four hours was just too much for me. In my opinion there were some obvious cuts that could and should be made. Also (and this is probably a very unpopular opinion) I thought that the whole character of Jett brought nothing to the production. a transfer would make me soooo happy! i saw this show last night and in my opinion Christiane Noll completely stole the show. That is one role that they should not and could not recast. She gave a brilliant and emotional performance, if the show does transfer i hope to see a tony nom for her

God of Carnage def deserves its lovefest and while I love aaron tveit and thought he would get a nomination im surprised at the amount of people who thought he was snubbed. basically i am just rejoicing over the lack of a nomination for arthur laurents!! i couldnt have said it better myself tony voters!

What I don't understand is this: If the Billys are supposedly shoe ins for the best actor Tony, then it must be because of their level of talent at such a young age because the grown men in that category give much better performances than they do. So why isn't the amazingly talented Jen Damiano at least a serious consideration for the featured actress when she is just as talented as the other women in that category (IMO) at a much younger age then them? Give Jen her Tony nom atleast!!
