There's some swearing but nothing major, I think it would be fine for a teen, though the themes are quite adult. I guess it depends on how mature they are.

I just got back from tonight's performance, I'm surprised so few people here have seen it.Anyway, I really liked it, it is very funny, with great performances all around. The first act is a little lighter, but it pays off in the second one. The premise is not groundbreaking but the dialogue is sharp, I love the dry humor, very much in the same vein as The Lyons, which I loved.Highly recommended, well worth seeing.
