My body turned stone cold when I read the article. I remember being so in love with his beautiful voice, not to mention his good looks. Rest in Peace Jason.

I too was completey shocked and saddened when I read the news on Playbill.com I first heard Jason's beautiful voice when he sang "Endless Night" on ROSIE. I was hooked from then on. I saw him perform at the Elton John event a few years ago and he brought down the house! I also met him that night and ran into him a few months later on the street....what an incredibly sweet guy he was!

whoa........I didnt hear from him in a while and im in total shock. I'll never forget when a younger version of myself say him singing on rosie o donnell show with the simba head on.

Oh. my. god. My shock when I read this headline is impossible to describe. I saw his picture and thought he was coming back to Broadway. I was entranced by this incredible performer ever since the Lion King, and would listen to his voice on the CD and dream I would have half the voice this man had. He held the promise to grow up and be one of Broadway's brightest stars. I can't believe he's gone. My deep condolences to Jason's family and friends.

I screamed out, "OH MY GOD! HOW AWFUL!" when I first saw this thread. He had so much going for him. This is horrible. My condolences to his family and friends.

This is so sad, I was able to spend some time with him here and there as he was good friends with someone I know, very tragic, my thoughts are with those he left. Wow, it's a shock.
