Posted: 3/7/15 at 7:40pmI was at Honeymoon in Vegas for today's matinee and they did not offer any merchandise but had cast members with buckets on the way out and a curtain speech by Rob McClure.

Posted: 3/12/15 at 12:32pmAnyone know if shows that are closing participate? I happen to be seeing two of them next week (If/Then & Cabaret).
#4Easter Bonnet Collection Period
Posted: 3/12/15 at 12:40pmCabaret had Posters and Playbills signed by the current cast for $60 and $80 respectively, they also had calendars signed and unsigned by the current cast for $40 and $20. They also had a cardboard cut out in the lobby you could pose in for $10.

Posted: 3/12/15 at 1:07pmI'm guessing the calendars are signed by Emma Stone instead of Sienna Miller?
#7Easter Bonnet Collection Period
Posted: 3/12/15 at 2:04pmI think all signatures are from the current cast, that's what they led the audience to believe. Still hunting for a poster from Emma's run though! I could kick myself for not getting one when I had the chance!

Posted: 3/12/15 at 2:11pmDamn. I'm still kicking myself for having surpassed the opportunity to get one of the calendars signed by Emma Stone from their collections last November. I just figured her name would be on it since she's the one featured in it.

I was at Cabaret last night & the prices were different.
Signed Poster (current cast): $100
Signed Calendar (probably current cast, I couldn't tell): $60
Signed Playbill (current cast): $40
Art Print of Alan (signed by him): $40
Unsigned Calendar: $20
Cutout Photo: $10
A guy gave $400 during Alan's BCEFA speech. Heh.

Posted: 3/13/15 at 3:18amI'm particularly curious about FISH IN THE DARK and THE AUDIENCE. Looking forward to getting back to the city to see those. Any participation yet from either show?
#13Easter Bonnet Collection Period
Posted: 3/13/15 at 11:31amAs far as I could tell, Hedwig and the Angry Inch and The Audience (as of several days ago) are not participating. However, that may have changed.

Posted: 3/13/15 at 1:28pmTHE AUDIENCE just opened Sunday night, so if you were there before then, they wouldn't have started participating since things begin after opening night.
#15Easter Bonnet Collection Period
Posted: 3/13/15 at 1:55pmOdd that Hedwig isn't participating (yet) no?
#16Easter Bonnet Collection Period
Posted: 3/13/15 at 3:07pmI was at The Audience on opening night and there weren't even people with buckets in the lobby and I saw Hedwig on the first night of collections and they didn't have anything either. I also noticed that The Audience isn't offering merchandise online, which I find a bit odd.

It's not surprising at all that there weren't people collecting money on opening night. Even though the collections have started, shows don't always start at once; casts often have "signing parties" to get things ready for BC/EFA. Hedwig will probably start soon.
And in related info: The Newsies tour cast is collecting for BC/EFA, and the stage manager has been listing things like cast-signed window cards and used props on eBay!

That's what I figured. Hedwig isn't even fulfilling signed playbill requests if you send in a money donation to them through the mail, so I'm not quite sure what's going on over there.
Chicago and Honeymoon in Vegas held signing parties several days ago, so they may have started selling posters and playbills for donations.

I presume that they've started to sell signed window cards and playbills already because they held a signing party with the cast earlier this week. If you're going to be anywhere near the theater, you could just walk in and ask a staff member if they've started to sell for collections.
Curious to know if these shows are participating:
On The 20th Century
The Audience
Wicked
Into The Woods

Posted: 3/15/15 at 12:46amWent to Wicked today, and there was no collections of any kind and no speech made by the cast. I went to Les Mis last weekend and they were collecting - they sold reusable tote bags, buttons (Team ValJean, Team Javert, etc) and I know they had a poster signing party as well that afternoon, so I'm sure posters have joined the above items.

Posted: 3/15/15 at 11:24amWith the rotating Elphabas, I have to wonder what a Wicked cast signed poster or playbill would look like these days. Christine Dwyer is finishing up her "pinch hitting" run today and I heard standby Lilli Cooper will step in for Tuesday and Wednesday. Maybe Caroline will be back soon.

Hedwig is now participating and signed/initialed by the whole cast!
They have:
Posters for $100
Guitar string bracelets $150
Playbills $40
Used drum sticks $30
I *heart* Hedwig pins $5
Tits of Clay t-shirts $20?

Awesome! Thanks for the info! Also, just saw An American in Paris and they aren't participating, presumably because they JUST started previews so maybe they will participate later on.
A little off topic but still concerning Hedwig: Do the merchandise booths at the Belasco have hoodies available? I attempted to buy one online, but it says they're sold out.
