The original press release announcing it didn’t have the subtitle. Since it’s a new work, it may very well have been a recent addition.
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."

I think it retained more intrigue without the subtitle. And I don't remember the synopsis on announcement mentioning evictions.

Look at post 23 (I think). There's an interview with Lange that also uses the phrase 5 evictions, so it must be in promotional/press materials going back at a little bit, anyway.
