Posted: 12/3/04 at 2:56amand fat is an ugly word. people who are over weight make me so sad. obesity is a real problem in this country. some of it's genetic, some not and soooooooo much misinformation. so much gimmicky diet crap instead of just making it known: eat less and exercise more. say it over and over and over! everyone is always looking for an easy out and there isn't one... well, except for eating less and exercising more...
