Thoughts on Breaking Up is Hard to Do

Has anyone seen this production? It was in San Diego earlier this year and in Florida now, I believe. Is it potential Broadway material? Opinions appreciated.

Dreadful book. Actually everything about it is pretty miserable. Can't imagine someone bringing it to NYC.
