Cue the usual posters who say the area isn’t unsafe and that crime isn’t up. Well, guess what. The area is unsafe, and crime is up.
”Felony assaults in the Midtown South Precinct, which covers the Minskoff and New Amsterdam theaters, have soared 114% compared to pre-pandemic times, jumping to 456 attacks through Dec. 10, compared to just 213 for all of 2019, according to NYPD data.”

This is the lowest of the low, but unfortunately some of you, BWW users support politics or movements that create this type of environment. Think twice next time!
