Professional licensing is available through Dramatists Play Services
Of course, though, you can't get a hard copy of either for perusal - you have to shell out $20 for a digital EPUB.
Why doesn't Dramatists actually publish anything? Concord Theatricals at least is pretty good at getting their acquisition out on hard scripts eventually.

Chill - the script isn't published yet; there's always a lag from these announcements to when the script is actually available for purchase in acting edition.

The script for Jaja’s is published in the most recent issue of American Theatre for $14.99 I believe. If you’re looking to get your hands on it sooner and for cheaper.
