I'm sure this is the question that is on everyone's mind: Who wrote which songs? I already know that John Kander wrote the lyrics to "I Miss the Music." But which songs had lyrics written by Rupert Holmes, Fred Ebb, and also by John Kander? Does anyone know?

An interview with Kander mentions that the reason the individual lyricists aren't listed with the songs is that they wanted it all to blend into one.
