I had the hardest crush of my life on Keith Levinson. Got fired from working at Cineplex Odeon for calling a customer a dick. Got a new better job at Casa Video. "Achtung Baby", "Give It Away", Seal's "Crazy". The gasp that rose from the audience when Sharon Stone uncrossed her legs in BASIC INSTINCT.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

I graduated from the misery that was Albany High School.
It was the year a long crush came to an end, too.
But, beyond that, nothing stands out in my memory.

I was born the year after. I've found myself becoming obsessed with the nineties, probably because my parents were together.

I was two, and on my birthday that year, my parents gave me a sister.
Of all the things you can give a two year old, they gave me a sister! Who wants a SISTER?

In 1992 my family and I moved out of our apartment and into our first house. It was an amazing year.

Um...supportivemom, he'd be your big brother, not sister. But thanks for making us feel better.
I turned 38 that year and returned to work when my daughter entered second grade. Now if you'll excuse me, it's bingo night here at the BWW rest home.
