Broadwayworld's own Justin Bieber turns 21 (again) Wednesday! I couldn't wait till tomorrow to get this party started.
It's enough to make you believe in Astrology to know he shares this day with Paris Jackson, Amanda Bynes and David Hyde Pierce! He is truly an amalgam of those three with a little Jane Goodall for luck.
