re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

Brian fired Drew from the ad campgain, Emmett chewed Brian out, Melanie and Lindsay are on the road to reconciliation, Bomb went off at Babylon. Michael was injured. Lost alot of blood, needed transfusion, Brian wanted to donate but wasn't allowed because he's gay. Ended w/ Brian and Justin hugging and kissing, Brian told Justin he loved him. Preview for next week showed Ben punching out an anti-gay protester, Brian and Justin moving into a house together, trying the marriage thing.

Hm... OnDemand doesn't show next week's episode. But that was basically it for this weeks'. I thought it was pretty good...

re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

SPOILER ALERT **** SPOILER ALERT

If you visit sho.com and go to the QAF section, you can view clips from next weeks episode.

Mel & Lindsey are most definately back together, and Lindsey was on the phone getting the good news that Michael pulled thru okay.

3 more episodes left......but I hear that there will be ALOT of twists, turns, and suprises. And not of the usual QAF sex-scene variety!!!!!

re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

definitely a tear-jerker

*Debby telling Michael in the hospital "you'd better f*cking pull through you little shi*" (not sure of exact words)

*Brian walking through Babylon, calling Justin's name over and over and finally finding him and putting his arms around him.

*Melanie in bed w/ the baby, pulling back the covers and asking Lindsay to bring her son to bed and all of them laying together and Mel and Lindsey leaning towards each other.

*Brian telling Justin that he tried to call him on his cell phone when he heard about the bombing. Justin didn't answer and Brian said he was so fuc*ing scared. And then he told Justin he loved him and they kissed over and over.

I watched it again this afternoon...so powerful and moving and gut-wrenching. Probably the most compelling QAF episode of all time.

What I've been thinking all day is that there are people out there who would love to see this happen. You know the ones. On one hand they cry about babies being murdered yet say that Matthew Shephard got what he deserved. It makes me furious. Sick bastards. But I've got news for you people. We're not going to let fear rule our lives. I'd rather be struck down in the prime of my life, living it to the fullest than to live my life constantly looking over my shoulder or staying hidden in the closet afraid to be the person I was meant to be. Not going to happen.
