re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

no one dies. babylon gets bombed and Michael is injured... it's a cheesy attempt to get Brian to reevaluate his life and marry Justin...

My boyfriend has a theory that the show will end w/ justin's death.
Then I saw the previews and fear he may be correct.

I read a rumor on a QAF message board that Lindsey bites the dust... which would be okay with me. I can't stand her.

while a few bystanders might be killed in the bombing, I'm pretty sure none of the main characters are going to die. just injured...

re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

Yeah, I had also read that Michael is injured in the bombing.

The rumor about Lindsay had nothing to do with the bombing, though. But it was just a rumor.

I hear Idina makes a special appearance at Babylon and in the middle of a house mix of "Defying Gravity" the bomb goes off.

Has anyone made a club mix of that yet?

There's probably some 14 year old kid sitting at his computer with crappy music editing software mixing the song as we speak..

So, for all of you who have been watching (I have to wait for the season on DVD) - has it been good so far, or is it too over the top? (no pun intended if there was one)...

Well...when I watch it, I always keep in mind that's it is QAF, and it will always be a little over the top and the dialoge will be bad 80% of the time. I enjoy it more for the concept and the general storylines.

Having said that...I'm enjoying it this season. (What I've seen, at least - I've missed the last 2 episodes..I'm downloading them now..)

It's okay. when they show the preivew it always looks like next week is gonna be the best one and then it's sort of a let down, plus nothing really seems to be happening. like they're just stalling until the finale...

re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

Well...It's tough to say it's 'good'. I mean...it's just crap. But I watch it every week.

That said, the last episode was really pretty well done. Well written, and even well acted, for the most part. And then, in the credits, I read that playwright Brad Fraser wrote the episode. He can be a pretty terrific writer.

re: Queer as Folk - Who dies this week?

well, of course. you have to know it's a trashy soap going in otherwise you can't enjoy it. but I agree about the last episode. the fingering scene scared me though. I can only take so much lesbian sex...

Fingering...it was like fisting! Hell...it was like she was kneading dough!!!
