HAHA D. You poor thing...

There are some people in the world who say that writing stories, or composing music or dancing sparkly dances is easy for them. Nothing interferes with their ability to create. While I celebrate their creative freedom, a little part of me just wants to punch those motherf*ckers in the teeth...[tos]

Advanced ticket sales can be a lifesaver sometimes.

Sammy-
I would rather spend my money on theater then on films.
But I do go to movies. I just refuse to pay extra surcharges.
There are so many movies I want to see:
9/11
Delovely
The Notebook
Stepford Wives

Corine, all you have to do is go to the theater and say "I would like 1 ticket for Farenheit 9/11 on Sunday at 2pm."
No surcharges, just the ticket price.

Corine,

You said that for a few dollars more you can go see live theater. Well for ONE dollar more you can order your tickets online and save the four dollar round trip subway fare it takes you to go to to the movie theater and find that the movie is sold out.

Surely your time is worth the dollar.

Does the fact that it is sold out mean that the U.S. if comprised of fat stupid white men?

Or is there no connection?

Just asking.

If you really don't want to do a surcharge sign up for a AMC movie watcher card. It waives your surcharges online and is free. You also get a free popcorn or soda every ten movies and a free movie after 20.

Dame - I have no doubt - but you see, I'm out here in the hinterlands - the infamous Inland Empire. In the heart of Riverside County, which had the distinction of voting the highest percentage Republican in the state of California in the last election - yes, even higher than Orange County.

Dgrant;
I feel for you. I did a murder mystery show there once. And I kept feeling everyone had a white hood hanging in heir closets at home ( but it was probaly me being very judgemental and paranoid).

No, you weren't paranoid. The thing is, they're not hanging in their closets at home, they wear them on the street - it's all the rage fashion!

People that read Mein Kampf thought they were being educated, too. Simply because the 'rabble rouser du jour' is making noise doesn't give credibility to his work. Ultimately, if it gets people to vote Bush out, HURRAY! But it will be in SPITE of this attrocity, not because of it.

I am hoping they time the release of the film on dvd to coincide with the election ( like a few weeks before).

well, that's certainly your welcome opinion, DGrant. I see Moore's film as asking questions and provoking thought--something this country and wimpy media hasn't been doing much of.
