I'm not Jewish, but a friend of mine said, "Oh, that Jewish holiday is coming up." When someone asked her which one, she said "Oh, you know- Roshannukah." I wanted to slap her.

I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

I find it funny, and I don't mind explaining things to people.

Look, if you were dropped in the middle of Japan or something, you'd look kind of ignorant, too. It's no reason to resort to violence. :)

the same girl who said 'israelites and pakistanis' also said "pakistinians." i really wanted to bang my head on my desk. I mean, really, you're 16 and you don't know ANYTHING about world affairs?!!! come on.
