Which is correct?

Grumpy Old Men Present: The Nightingale

Grumpy Old Men Presents: The Nightingale

Both sound right, yet somehow, each sounds wrong at the same time.

Depends, but probably the last one. I'm assuming "Grumpy Old Men" is a production company (and therefore a singular noun)?
Collective nouns are tricky!

Calvin is right. Grumpy Old Men is a singular group.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Italicize or underline the title (as it should be) and then it makes it more obvious that it is in the singular and that will clear the confusion when you use the verb "presents."
