WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION with sublime Marlene, frisky Charles Laughton, too old Tyrone Power, and diva Elsa Lanchester
[how come this play is not revived on Broadway? cast Albert Finney, Maggie Smith, Hugh Dancy, and Jennifer Ehle]
MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS with Finney, Bacall, Wendy Hiller, sexy Vanessa Redgrave, and bravura Ingrid.
MURDER MOST FOUL with my girl Margaret Rutherford, Ron Moody, and a very young Francesca Annis.
Witness For the Prosecution is a great play. My favorite, though, is Toward Zero.
Thanks for the heads up.

I like The Mousetrap but I heard that there is agreement that they can't film it until after the play closes in London....which of course it still hasn't after 1,000 years...
I begged my theatre teacher to produce The Mousetrap, so I could play Christopher Wren.
Hell, I'd play him now.
my fav is spider's web
I'm still waiting for a version of "Ten Little Indians" with the ending from the original novel. I won't spoil it, but it's so much better, to me, than the play or any of the million movie versions.
Amen to that Matton! There is aparently a Russian Film Version that follows the book. But I haven't seen it yet.
