Whitney is definitely beautiful and comes from a good family. Her dad is the Police Chief (or something like that). She may be "plus-size" but she is the only one who's boobs weren't spilling out like Tocarra, Whiteny, Diana, etc. I saw a photo of her in this month's 17 mag. It was only a face shot but it was stunning. I'm just a little disappointed in the season (except for Paulina- love her). There were no challenges at panel, no acting challenges, and it seemed even more obvious this season how staged it all is. And yet, I still watch!

Did anyone think for a moment when Paulina called Whitney a "Ham" on the runway that she was refering to her weight? I sure did!

She DID look great in that pink dress and that silver dress Anya wore was IMPOSSIBLE to walk in unless you have a Miss J sashay.

From JUST the runway, I would have picked Whitney too.

Forgive me for coming late to the party, but I had never seen ANTM until Bravo ran a marathon yesterday. (I also had never seen "Real Housewives of New York City" and "Top Chef" until Bravo ran marathons of those this weekend. While I also watched the "Step It Up and Dance" marathon, I have watched that since the beginning, but I digress ...)

Also forgive me if these comments have already been made. I was so excited that Whitney won. I think it is tremendous that a normal-sized woman (not plus-sized, not full-figured or any of those other terms) won a competition like this. With three teenaged girls and six other young girls in my family, I think it is wonderful that they and their friends will see a healthy woman who is proud of her curves on the cover of "Seventeen" magazine.

Okay...WAYYY too much info there...you've NEVER seen ANTM, Real Housewives or Top Chef?! What, do you have a life or sumpin'?? I say Put on your reality whore undies and GET IN THE GAME, my dear! Just be prepared to stop answering your phone, forgetting about scripted tv altogether, and finding you embarrass yourself at parties alot more than you used to because you do your Tyra "how to smile with your eyes" impression WAY too much!

Seriously, get a dvr and LIVE!

It's never too late, DBillyP! So You Think You Can Dance just started. You've only missed the perliminary auditions. And you can always catch ANTM marathons of past seasons. Just wait until you get to catch Shandi, Eva, Yaya or the infamous JADE. You have some serious catching up to do.

Yaya...yeah...it's great to see how an Ivy League beauty can stink up an already stinky soap opera! She caused more drama on ANTM than AMC!

I think Yaya can only truly be enjoyed on ANTM. I doubt AMC has Umeboshi.

DBillyP - There is hope for you yet. But until you can tell us exactly why Elyse deserved to be the America's first Next Top Model, you have some serious studying to do.

I love Flavor Flav and Mo'Nique's Charm School, Jane...I'm a fan of alot of stinkfests!
C'mon...some of the writing this year is bad! Getting better, perhaps.
