Nope. I can't do it! They make me sad. I know a girl who is just like these people... everyone tells her she's got an awesome voice, so she just sings louder... it hurts my head.

Nope - I mean I was pretty much done after the last sorry season anyway, but the fact that they put that woman who is so obviously putting on a fake voice to get on tv, ON TV (promos), really pisses me off.

This is the best part of the whole stupid show. I hate to say it but I laugh. Loudly. A Lot. I know its wrong, but it is again my morbid curiousity that leads me to the show and my being easily amused that has me on the floor laughing. I know, I'm a bad person.

Same old dross. I mean c'mon - how many Ameican Idols can we have? And Simon Cowell is a wet little diva who's got ideas above his station. That said - I will surely be watching.

I think I need to change the channel. It's just way too embarassing. I don't normally watch the auditions. Not sure why I am now.

Rath, I didn't see the promos. My head must have been in the sand. I didn't even know it was starting up this week, until someone at work told me yesterday.

It's like watching a train wreck. It just amazes me that some of these people, think they can sing. I want to change the channel, but I have some perverse need to keep watching.

yea I have a friend who thinks she has a great voice because everyone tells her she does. I just hate the people on the show that are too cocky. They annoy me, if someone tells you that you suck, then ask how you can improve as a singer

I really felt bad for the woman who said "I'm one of the good people they cut"...she was just in such denial and didn't realize she wasnt good at something she loved. As for the guy who just went...Braxton...OBNOXIOUS!!!

This show is schadenfreude to the max, whethere we wanna admit it or not. I may not have the best voice..but wow...
