Yesterday I wrote that I didn't think Barack Obama was doing a good job as President right now. I'm sorry if I may have upset some of you. It's just that right now I don't think he's doing a good job with the illegal immigrants issue. I just wish that this issue could be resolved at some point.

Even Kathy Bates and Matt Damon had criticized him at one point for the job he was doing.

Because Kathy Bates and Matt Damon are the beacons of political approval?

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Why would you apologize for that?! There is none necessary! I don't think he's doing a good job either (never have), and I'll never apologize for that!

I'm reminded of a Voltaire quote: "To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you aren't allowed to criticize."

What a great day to celebrate the freedom to openly criticize our leaders!
