I'm one of the taller short people... 5'3" and quite happy with it. I don't know why people think shortness is a burden. It makes you you... how cliche can I get, eh?

I am 5ft9. I have always been tall. Back in the third grade I ws 5ft3. It was very embarassing and my pants never fit right. People used to ask me if I was waiting for a flood. I was just a fashion plate way ahead of my time. Now capris are in!

An average 5'6". Tall for my family too. Aigoo, having asian blood definitely doesn't help in the height department, but my Irish came through for me.

Lea, you're lucky you're atleast SOME other height-supportive blood. My dad was pretty tall though, so those genes pulled through, thank god. I'm quite content with my height now, so I don't really want to grow anymore...but I have a feeling I might have one more growth spurt under me. I just went through HORRIBLE growing pains a few months back.

I'm 5'4" or 5'5"... something like that... but I'm not the shortest one in my group of friends! I have two shorter friends! They make me feel a little better about my height. :) :)

18 and 4'11" but proud of it. I always say I'd rather be pretty short than a giraffe because smaller people can fit in smaller places. Honestly I've grown used to being short. It is funny the kinds of reactions I get though for being so short.
