Posted: 1/5/06 at 10:52pmMy driver's license says 5'4" but I'm really only 5'3"ish. I never really thought I was short. I was one of the tall kids in the class picture in grade school. I haven't grown an inch since the 6th grade though and everyone else kept on growing so now I'm the short one.

I'm average for a Chinese - 5'2.5 (but above average for a Chinese in the chestal area, thankyouverymuch!).
It's a total pain in the ass, like someone said - too tall for petite pants, and far too short for "regular". I think 5'7 would be the ideal.

Posted: 1/6/06 at 12:58amI didn't think I was until I started at my job years ago. I'm 5'4, and it seems like I have to get a stepladder for the most ridiculous things. My father was 5'5 and my mother is 5'9. I didn't even meet the middle.

i don't think of myself as short. rather, vertically challenged. hehehe. i'm 5'1. it has it's advantages, being this tall. although sometimes i wish i can borrow someone's inches. lol

I'm not quite so short as I was a couple years ago, but I don't think I'm gettin' any taller than I am now. (5'3")
