It seems that not a day goes by that you don't hear of someone battling it, near to you or otherwise. It's overwhelming. My prayers go our to her and those we all love who are fighting. I am not the world's biggest Aretha fan, but my wife adores her. I love her spunk. lol
Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!

My mother died of pancreatic cancer & one sister died of lung cancer which had spread to the brain. My wife is a thyroid cancer survivor & I got diagnosed with both bladder & prostate cancer both in the very early stage of each.
Yeah I do know cancer & I can attest is sucks a big one.
