Aspiring model/actress shot on Subway

Wow this is scary....

Police are looking for a gunman who shot a model and aspiring actress on a subway train as it approached the Times Square station Tuesday afternoon.

Monica Meadows, 22, told police she was sitting on the northbound W train as it traveled between the 34th and 42nd Street stations when someone shot her in the shoulder. When the train stopped at the Times Square station, the gunman disappeared into the crowd.

Meadows made her way to a token booth, where she received help. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she is in stable condition.

Police say Meadows may have been an unintended victim, and that the gun may have gone off accidentally.

Very scary.
First a cabbie that rapes his victim and now this.
Walking sounds like the best way to get around this City.
Nothing happens on buses either.

Does the movie SPEED mean nothing to you??? I still can't get on a bus.... as for walking, my friend got pregnant crossing the street once, so walkin' aint all that great either.....
