B-Way Who's Line Is It Anyway?

I was sitting in bed and I had this idea to take the 4 stars from broadway/ off broadway shows and take two shows at a time and have them battle it out, improv style... just an idea... hehe

that's a great idea. i do that with my friends all the time. (we're 'who's line' freaks.) it's such a blast!

I think just if the cast of who's line were to just do a who's line on Broadway it would be great fun lol. Whould it then be the first Broadway show to not have scripted writers???

Well, hows about u have the Who'sers( Greg & Colin et al) Do a show & THEN you have as a guest star a performer from one of the shows? Da t'ing is improv is a specific skill set if u don't have it or haven't used it the effect can be...flat to say the least!

sabrelady i like that idea, i love the WHOLE idea actually but I remember hearing from someone that saw that show live that they got like 15 min to rehearse for each thing that they did, doesnt really make it improv does it?

NO NO NO!!! they rehearse only in the sense that they have general concepts & rhymes that they all use and esp@ the beginning in England when they were learning each others rythems but having some personal knowledge of this (Colin is a friend) Nope no written scripts and only the "usual" improv rehersals!

i watch who's line every night and you can tell that they are totally improvising the entire thing. that takes skill. i could never do that.

I would definitely love to see this happen! I think it would be one of the funniest things ever, and a lot of people would go to it, so it'll raise a lot of money for BC/EFA.
