hey all
I'm in a new musical being workshopped at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
"EDIT:UNDO" - a new musical comedy for the digital age.
What do you think?

Sounds intriguing, hope you'll keep us updated as how it goes.
And if any clips of the songs (I'm talking music playing, preferably sung), please let us know. Well, at least let me know.

I was in The Yellow Wood at the Kennedy Center last year. I loved CNT...mostly the other Cappie winners involved in it. They were all completely awesome...the coolest people ever. And isn't Bill Strauss's house just beautiful?
And Andy Mays is so sweet. I love her. I just looked at your cast and crew list...and you should totally say hi to Nathan, Meg, Trevor, and Lauryn for me! Just say "Christine Todd (from last year at CNT) says hi!" Aww...are you guys doing the little 'write notes to each other as secret letter pals' thing? I've still got mine.
And I'm excited that you made this post. I was intrigued when I read it, thinking, "Oh, sounds like Cappies." Then I thought, "WAIT, it COULD be Cappies!" And...it IS Cappies!

[Edit: I guess it's "CIT" now rather than "CNT"...since you've got people from Canada, eh?]

MarkRascati- I was the 7am girl at the cappies gala. In the actual show, that solo is split up into several characters. I have one of the lines.
HighlyUnrealistic- No, but the facebook song was done at the Cappies showcase, a friend of mine was in it.

Oh, and I would just like to say that you can hear me durring the cappies gala...if you happened to tape it.
When kelsey gets her award for comic actress in a play, you can clearly hear me yell "I LOVE YOU KELSEY!!!" in the background.
True story.

haha I wish I had a tape of the gala! Next time its on TV im totally taping it. Try to come see Edit:undo.
Christine- we started the write notes to people thing today. When Andy announced it, I thought of your post. Thanks for the heads up.

Posted: 8/3/06 at 10:29pmAw, I was probably backstage when you were getting ready. I was in the Mame scene that went after the award interval after Edit:Undo, and they keep sending me emails to come see it for free. Maybe I will, haha.

Were you that really angery counselor person? (or it might've been a counselor, i'm not sure)
Judging on the scenes you guys did, I thought either you guys or the James Madison plays should've won... I didn't care for the scene from Bette and Boo...they talked to fast, and they all looked very young, so it looked unprofessional
no offense to any H-B woodlawners out there.

Cool! Please reserve tickets in advance if you can at www.cappies.com because today there were alot of people that didn't get in. If anyone cares, I am the playing kid with a perpetual cold.
And we got a review in the Style section of the Post. It's hysterical.
