Jesus f*cking Christ, I've been keeping BWW Idol a secret from the parents, so they didn't realize that 2pm is NOT the best time to have the Internet/TV cable guy come over to see what's wrong. And now they're trampling on my bed and screwing with the Net service as we speak. Comments won't be coming until after the show, folks. I can't do anything while they're here except post the clips.

So my informal critique is - nicely done, jrb!

Okay, they're out of the room so I'll be more detailed. jrb_actor, you've got a great voice. I'm not crazy about the song in general (I find it kind of boring), but it doesn't diminish that you sound good singing it.

Well done. You do a consistently good job.

Kerrie - Again, you consistently turn in great performances, and the audience recognizes that week after week.

ilovetheatretrash's playing is beautiful - if only you you had been closer to the mic or had a program that would make your voice louder and the piano quieter, because it's a bit difficult to hear you. But from what I COULD hear, you sound fantastic, and this is a great song choice for you.

Did you change mics, DJ? It's still a bit quiet but the audio quality sounds better. Or maybe it's just that the accompaniment is good. I love you, you know that. Again, lovely performance (I'm sounding like a broken record). If only for next week you could get a program or ask someone to help you make your vocals louder so you don't get drowned out by the accompaniment (or, you know, play the accompaniment softer

). I generally don't like this song as much as "Sunday Morning", but it's pleasant. And you sound good. (Broken record, yep...)

Jerby...yet again I love it! Your tone and pitch are just GORGEOUS! This is a different style than we have heard from you and it is amazing!

Western I completely love this song and you are the best that I have heard it (yes I like your voice more than SRS) Steller as always! You sang it with emotion which is a big factor for this song!

Spidey-Ok so this isn't my favorite song as a song, but I LOVE you doing it. Not your best, but still amazing.

Good song choice, Allie. On the totally opposite side, your voice drowns out the accomp! LOL Jewel or Donna Lewis showcase your voice nicely. And best of all, you seemed more "into it" than you have in other weeks. I daresay this is one of your - if not THE - best performance you've had so far. I hope next week we can see a jazzier, more brassy and belty side to do that's been missing thus far. You've got a sweet voice; it just needs to show more range, and you're in the right direction this week.

Allie, this is another one of my favorite songs. It is just so quiet...I like it though! You have a very sweet voice. Did you have a cold? Because that is what is sounds like (that or a not steller mic). Your voice is so refreshing though!
