I hate to miss a BWW picnic, but I have a reasonably good excuse. *I* am making my first ever, and probably only ever, stage appearance for a five performance run of The Sound of Music. It's a small,community project, and lord help us all, I am Sr. Margaretta and I get to sing a high F... a note not normally found in my range.

I also get to wear a nun's habit and sing the word flibberdigibbit. It's all kind of surreal.

oh, just felt like bumping.
The Elphapug is not sure he can make it because any heat over 85 is really too much for him to handle.
He has suggested that I may come so long as I leave the bedroom air conditioner on.
